Leela Miller |
Full week - 7 nights |
She began teaching astanga yoga in 1990 under the guidance of Danny Paradise, and uses her knowledge and practice of other styles of yoga (including Iyengar, Sivananda and Shadow) within the astanga vinyasa method to present a style of teaching that emphasises alignment, flow and inner awareness where one’s own voice ultimately becomes the teacher. Leela believes yoga is a powerful healing tool that can be applied to the body and the mind on all levels, individually or collectively. It is an infinite process of undoing incorrect knowledge about who we think we are, where the inherent intelligence of the practice awakens the same in the practitioner to unveil the truest expression of ourselves.
